At the Haileybury Golf Club, we understand that one of the keys to running successful events is having good sponsorship partners.

Providing a variety of options was our main objective when designing our sponsorship program. Our belief was that we needed to have opportunities for business of all sizes to show their support for the club and our events, while also being beneficial for your business.

Below you will find a variety of different sponsorship opportunities tailored for your business

Our weekly socials take place every Tuesday and Thursday of the week with Ladies Night on Tuesdays and Mens Night on Thursdays.

Each night includes 9 holes of golf, followed by dinner from The Market Catering, prizes and draws inside the clubhouse afterwards.

Weekly Prize Donations

The success of these nights are all thanks to our community partners. By providing prize donations or a monetary donation for the HGC to purchase prizes, your brand will receive recognition each weekly social!

Title Sponsor

New this year, your business has the opportunity to be the title sponsor for one or several of our socials (pictured right). A title sponsorship includes; 4 golfers, carts, dinner and prizes, as well as your logo on all promotional material such as the poster, social media and radio. You will also be recognized during prize presentation and have the opportunity to address the group, should you want.

Much like our weekly socials, the success of our tournaments rely on great partnerships. With that, our hope is to provide flexible opportunities to get you and your business involved.

Title Sponsor

Title sponsorships can vary in price depending on the nature and size of the event. This is a great opportunity for you and your business to be featured on all promotional material as well as socials and radio.

Prize/Flight Sponsor

Your company has the opportunity to either donate prizes or provide a monetary donation for the club to purchase placement prizes for each flight.

Example, if a 2-person tournament has 4 flights, your company can sponsor the 1st, 2nd or 3rd place prize for each flight. If that prize is valued at $40.00, $40 x 8 golfers.

With that, we are always open to suggestions, ideas and flexibility of creating a sponsorship package with the benefit of your company in mind.
