The Haileybury Golf and Country Club has hosted many functions over the last ninety years. The hardwood floor in the 20’s and 30’s was a great attraction for the numerous dances held in its original “banquet hall”

The prices may have changed, but so have the facilities that we now have on offer.  Our guests, still receive the same old fashioned warm welcome.

Ideal for small gatherings of 150 people or less, the Haileybury Golf Club boasts an intimate venue for weddings, retirement and birthday parties, anniversaries, business meetings, fundraisers  and company parties.  You may expand your event outside to our patio and enjoy the 270 degree waterfront and golf course vistas while enjoying the warmth of our Northern Ontario summer days and cool evenings.

Featuring some of our area’s finest cuisines, Rick's Magic Touch, our contract caterer, offers both formal and casual dining menus. Enjoy the elegant surroundings in our newly-decorated, fully air conditioned Dining Room, which still boasts the same authentic stone fireplace as its central feature.

Our fully stocked bar is run by licenced and friendly staff, who are able to cater refreshments both at the clubhouse, pro shop and on the course.

Surrounded by evergreens and overlooking beautiful Lake Temiskaming, the Haileybury  Golf Club offers the perfect setting for your upcoming special event.

The Haileybury Golf Club has hosted a number of outdoor wedding ceremonies during our summer months. Guests enjoy the ambience of the outdoor ceremony, plus the evening comfort of our clubhouse (and ceremony rain back up venue) for this important event.

2011 Clubhouse Rental Rates

$100.00 plus tax for use of the clubhouse for up to 3 hours without the bar facility.
$175.00 plus tax for use of the clubhouse for up to 3 hours with bar staff.
$200.00 plus tax for the use of the clubhouse for 3 hours or more without the bar facility.
$325.00 plus tax for the use of the clubhouse for 3 or more hours with bar staff.

2011 Wedding Packages

$950.00 plus taxes for an outdoor wedding ceremony at our pre-arranged location, plus clubhouse rental including bar plus 8 x 9 holes of Saturday morning golf, plus four carts.

$350.00 plus tax for an outdoor wedding ceremony at our pre-arranged location. (outdoor chair rental can be arranged)

$150.00 plus tax for up to one hour use of one section of the course for wedding formal photographs including  four member driven carts for transport the wedding party to and from the agreed location.

A $200.00 conditional refundable damage deposit is required to secure the date

If you would prefer to self-cater, or use a caterer different from Rick’s Magic Touch, for your event, there is an additional charge of $50.00 (plus hst) for the use of our kitchen.
